Tigers are in danger

　South China tigers are very beautiful and strong, but they are also very dangerous. They live in the wild forests. They usually feed on the small animals, such as deer and wild pigs.

　South China tigers are in danger. There are only about one hundred South China tigers left on earth—and most live in the zoo. Why is the situation getting so serious? First, there isn’t enough food for wild tigers because of the hunting of small animals. Second, they don’t have a safe place to live because villages and farms are growing bigger and are taking away their land and forests. And, there isn’t enough clean water. Finally, many people kill them for their fur to make money.

　Now it’s time for us to save South China tigers. First of all, we should plant more trees to protect their home in the wild. Then the government should make great efforts to set up nature parks so that South China tigers can get enough food and clean water. Next we should work hard to stop people killing tigers. At last, as a student, we can raise money to protect tigers and call on more people to stop buying things made of animals’ fur, because we think “No buying, no killing”.
