What a moving story!
A moving story happened in a school of our city on 16 June, 2020.
In order not to disturb the students who were studying at school, two workers decided to put in air-conditioners at night. It was rainy and wet. When they were carrying one air-conditioner, they broke one ceramic tile. Feeling sorry for what they had done, they left a note and 50 yuan to pay for the tile. The school, however, didn’t accept the money. The students gave the two workers thumbs up and sent a water-melon to show their gratitude.
I think both the workers and the school have done something right. If we do something wrong, we should be honest and face it bravely. Meanwhile, forgiving others is always appreciated. Just as the saying goes, “One good turn deserves another.”
