　Feeling stressed²? Then cry out! In the heart of Madrid, Spain, there is a crying room. It has pink signs saying: “Enter and cry,” and “I too have anxiety³.” On one side of the room, there are phones with a list of names, including mental health workers. Visitors can call to talk to them when they are feeling down. In Spain, one in 10 teenagers has mental⁴ health problems. The crying room could be a way to help them out.
