【学会守法】形容词和副词的比较级需注意的用法

       在使用形容词和副词的比较级时，除了要注意形容词、副词比较级的词形变化，还要注意以下几点用法：
　　1. 双方比较，表示一方超过另一方时，用“比较级+ than”的结构表示。比较级前面可以加上表示具体数量差别的结构，表示“大多少、小多少、长多少、短多少”等。 如:
　　My bedroom is bigger than yours.
　　我的卧室比你的大。
　　Jim runs faster than before.
　　吉姆跑得比以前更快。
　　My brother has ten more books than I.
　　我哥哥比我多十本书。
　　2. 比较级前面可以加上表示“程度”的词或短语，意思是“稍……一点”，“更……”和“……得……”。常见词有much, far, a lot, a great deal, a little, even等。 如：
　　We are training much harder than usual.
　　我们比平常更加努力地训练。
　　3. 常见表示倍数的比较级用法：A + be +倍数+as +原级+ as+ B和A + be + 倍数 +比较级+ than + B。如：
　　My flat is three times as large as his.
　　我的公寓是他的公寓的三倍大。(我的公寓比他的公寓大两倍)
　　The new building is twice higher than the old one.
　　这座新楼比旧楼高出两倍。
　　4. “the+比较级……，the+比较级……”表示“越……，越……”。如:
　　The more you read, the more you know.
　　你读书越多，懂的就越多。
　　5. “比较级+and+比较级”表示“越来
越……”。如:
　　It became colder and colder.
　　天气变得越来越冷了。
　　He walks more and more slowly.
　　他走得越来越慢。
　　6. “the +比较级+of the two...”表示“两个当中较……的一个”。如：
　　He is the taller of the two boys.
　　那两个男孩中他是较高的一个。
　　7.“比较级+than any other+单数名词”表示“比其他的任何……都……”。如：
　　This dress is cheaper than any other dress in the shop.
　　在这个店里，这件裙子比其他任何一件裙子都便宜。
　　Tom is taller than any other student in the class.
　　汤姆在班里比任何一个别的学生都高。（汤姆是最高的）
　　8.“Which(who) is+比较级A or B？”比较“A和B哪一个较……？”。如：
　　Who is taller, Lin Tao or Wang Ming?
　　林涛和王明，谁更高？
　　Which sweater is more beautiful, the yellow one or the pink one?
黄色和粉色的毛衣，哪个更漂亮？
