Why is exercise wise?

 You exercise all the time. When you run around1 or kick a ball at school, you are exercising.

When you exercise, you make your body strong. So be active every day. Your body will thank you!

 Exercising makes your heart strong. Your heart works hard every day. So do something to help it get strong. Try these: swimming, basketball, running, walking, soccer, bike riding and rope jumping.

 Exercising makes your leg and arm muscles strong. Here are some ways to build strong muscles: rowing, running, jumping and bike riding.

 Exercising makes you flexible2. Being flexible means you can stretch your body easily. It’s easy to find ways to help you stretch: yoga and dancing.

 Exercising can also make you happy. When you exercise, there are more feel-good chemicals in your brain. It’s another reason why exercise is a good idea!
