A Japanese company has set up an exclusive1 holiday programme for teddy bears.
Sonoe Azuma of Unagi Travel in Tokyo, Japan, organizes stuffed animal2 tours to Japan, Europe and the United States.
While the idea came to Ms Azuma as a bit of a joke, it offers the owners of the teddy bears a chance to see interesting places across the world through the eyes of their toys. The teddy bears’ holiday photos are put on Unagi Travel’s Facebook page, so the owners get to witness3 their adventures4.
There are a number of tour packages5 to choose from. And the stuffed animals will spend between two and three weeks in a city.
