One  day

One day I’ll be all grown up

And ready for a job.

Maybe I’ll be a TV reporter

Like my uncle, Bob.

 

Or maybe I’ll be a soccer star

And sign my name for fans.

Or maybe I’ll be a singer

In a famous band.

 

Or maybe I’ll be an astronaut¹

And fly in outer space².

Or maybe I’ll be a doctor

Like my cousin, Grace.
