Alone in space— Moon Man mixes sci-fi and comedy elements

What is it like when comedy meets sci-fi? Moon Man(《独行月球》) is such a film.
The story starts as we are taken to a space base(空间站)on the moon. We meet Dugu Yue, played by Shen Teng, a maintenance(维修) man at the station. When the base is forced to evacuate(撤离) because of an incoming asteroid(小行星), Dugu is left there. He thinks that he is all along in the universe(宇宙).
Dugu’s situation may seem hopeless. How could such a sad story be fun to watch? There is one key ingredient(原料): a kangaroo(袋鼠).
At first, Dugu and the animal are at odds(不和), but then the seeds(种子) of friendship are planted. The ups and downs of their rocky(不稳定的) relationship move the audience(观众) between laughter and tears.
