A red feather

　There lives a man with his wife. They always don’t have food to eat. One day, the man goes to the forest to look for food. But he finds nothing. Then he sees a bird whose feathers are red.

　The bird says, “You are hungry. I’ll give you one of my feathers. Take it home and cook it. You will have a good dinner. Come back tomorrow and I’ll give you another one.” The man goes home and tells everything to his wife.

　After that, the man goes to the forest¹ every day. But his wife is very greedy². She follows the man and catches³ the bird. She gets all the feathers from the bird. However, as she cooks the feathers, they don’t become good dinner. From that day on, they’re hungry again.
