point out，point at和point to

      point out意为“指明；指出”，其后跟名词、代词或that从句作宾语。名词作宾语时，可以放在词组中间，也可以放在词组后面。人称代词作宾语时，应放在词组中间。如：
　　Could you please point out the library/point the library out on this map?
　　你能在这张地图上指出这家图书馆吗？
　　Please point out the mistakes.
　　请指出错误。
　　Point it out！
　　把它指出来！　　
　　point at意为“指着”，其后跟名词或代词作宾语。多用来表示指向离说话人较近的人或物，at强调指的对象。如：
　　Don’t point at people with a finger.
　　不要用手指指着人。
　　The teacher is pointing at the map and saying, “Here is Beijing”. 
　　老师指着地图说：“这是北京。”　
　　point to意为“指向”，其后跟名词或代词作宾语。多用来表示指向离说话人较远的人或物，to强调指的方向。如：
　　He pointed to the hill.
　　他指向那座山。
　　Let’s stop to have a rest. Look! The hands of the clock point to twelve.
       让我们停下来休息一下吧。看！钟表的指针指向12点了。
